How do I find the hotel?

Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?
No, it is unfortunately not possible to stop directly in front of the hotel. The best option is to proceed directly to one of the nearby car parks. Click here for information about parking facilities.
Where can I park?
We have a limited number of parking spaces. You must collect the key to the car park from reception.

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?
Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but the City of Frankfurt levies a tourism charge, which must be settled on departure. Business travellers who are able to verify the reason for their stay may be exempted from payment of this accommodation tax. Children and adolescents are required to pay this tax as well.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?
Yes, there is an elevator at the hotel.
Is there a gym at the hotel?
No, the hotel does not have its own gym. Day passes for the neighbouring Fitness First are available at reception for the reduced price of EUR 8, including use of the sauna, steam bath and pool.
Are there rooms with a connecting door?
Unfortunately, the 25hours Hotel The Goldman does not have any rooms with a connecting door.
Is smoking allowed in the hotel?
Smoking is prohibited inside Hotel, but allowed on the outdoor terraces.
Is laundry service available at the hotel?
Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by the next day. Unfortunately, it is not possible to wash laundry at weekends. The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.
Is luggage service available at the hotel?
We would be happy to take care of your luggage until your room is free on the date of your arrival or after check-out until your departure. It will be kept safely at reception.
Is there a bicycle rental service?
Bicycles are available for rent from reception.
Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?
Tea, coffee and a kettle are only included in the L rooms.

Where and when is breakfast served?
Breakfast is served in the Bar Shuka Restaurant between 6:30 and 10:30am from Monday to Friday and from 7:30 to 11:30am on weekends and public holidays.
