How can I redeem my voucher?

You can redeem your voucher directly at the hotel. Your voucher will be credited at the hotel if you have booked a prepaid rate.

How can I redeem a promo code?

The promo code can be redeemed on our website 25hours-hotels.com . Simply select the desired hotel and travel dates. The field for the promo code is located below the “Book now” button. Once the code has been entered there, it is activated by clicking on “Book now”.

How can I view, change or cancel my reservation?

If the stay was booked through our website, the “My Booking” section on our website 25hours-hotels.com is  the right place to go. The booking can be edited in this section after logging in or using the confirmation number and email address. If the stay was booked through one of our partner websites (Booking.com, Tripadvsior.com, etc.), it must be changed on the respective partner website.

How can I pay?

We accept cash, vouchers and all major debit and credit cards.

The room price on the website has changed in the meantime. Why is that?

Similar to airlines, we work with daily rates and prices that change depending on hotel availability and occupancy. Room prices can therefore change at any time.

When can I check in?

Check-in is guaranteed from 3 p.m. Earlier check-in is possible on request and subject to availability. The hotel team will be happy to help. The contact details of the respective hotels can be found on the respective hotel website.

By what time do I have to check out?

Check-out is until 12pm. If you need the room for longer, reception will be happy to inform you upon arrival or during your stay whether a later check-out is possible.

Can I store my luggage at the hotel?

We will be happy to store your luggage safely at reception on the day of arrival until the room is ready or after check-out until your departure.

Is the WiFi free?

Yes, Wi-Fi is free. Simply accept the terms of use and off you go.

I’m travelling with children. What do I need to consider?

Children under 7 years old can stay in their parents’ room for free. Breakfast is free of charge. Children aged 7 to 11 years old must book an extra bed. The breakfast price is 50% of the regular breakfast price.

From the age of 12, a child is considered a full-paying guest, which means that they must book either an extra bed or a separate room. The regular adult breakfast price applies.

I’m traveling with my pet. What do I need to consider?

Pets are very welcome at 25hours. Simply add the dog package to your booking when booking via our website 25hours-hotels.com  after selecting your room. When booking by phone or by email, you can simply specify the pet as a request.

For four-legged friends there is an additional charge of EUR 20 per night.

Can I have breakfast at 25hours even if I am not a hotel guest?

Yes, of course. It is not possible to reserve a table for breakfast. Simply come by and ask our staff about a free table and the price. Prices can vary from hotel to hotel.

Due to fluctuating capacity, we cannot guarantee that a table will be available.

Is there a minibar?

Yes, all 25hours hotels have a free minibar. The first refill is free – a further refill can be requested at the hotel.

Is there room service?

25hours does not offer room service. However, it is always possible to take food and drinks from the restaurant and bar to your room.

Is there a bike rental?

25hours is a partner of the Berlin bicycle manufacturer Schindelhauer Bikes. A selection of bio and e-bikes are available for bike tours. Some hotels also have individual cargo bikes available for hire.
