Grit entered the 25hours universe in late February 2019 when she started work at the 25hours Hotel The Circle, which opened in 2018. The qualified hotel professional successfully managed our hotel in Cologne for just over three years and took charge of the 25hours Hotel Indre By — with its 243 rooms, two bars, a restaurant and café — in May 2023. Drawing on a hands-on approach and her exceptional understanding of the concerns of different departments, Grit has been responsible for the second Copenhagen hotel since April 2024 — with 128 rooms, a restaurant and two bars — which opened in July 2024, in addition to the 25hours Hotel Indre By.  A native of Berlin, she has held a number of positions in the hotel and gastronomy sectors, including a three-year stint running the daytime restaurant KUTCHiiN by star chef Holger Stromberg in Munich, and as manager of the Bold Hotel in Giesing. She is continuing with the objective she set in Cologne in her second position as General Manager of two 25hours Hotels: to establish the 25hours Hotels Copenhagen as hotspots for tourists and locals alike.
