Bar Olio is located right behind the 25hours Hotel Das Tour. Cosy, loud, crowded, friendly –— and above all, tasty! It’s a fixed feature on the Düsseldorf restaurant scene, and a hot topic of conversation for every gourmet. You’ll find the hand-written menu — which features both Mediterranean and Japanese influences — on a blackboard by the door. You can choose the right drinks at your table. While the ambience is spare and simple, the dishes are given much more lavish attention — not least in terms of the flavour experience. Come equipped with plenty of spare time, just in case there’s no free table — because Olio doesn’t do reservations. Electronic card payments not accepted.
