Is it possible to park in front of the hotel to load and unload my luggage?

Yes, you can stop directly in front of the hotel to load and unload luggage.

Why are additional taxes charged on my booking?

Statutory VAT is already included in the booking price, but the City of Düsseldorf levies an additional accommodation tax, which must be settled on departure. Business travellers are also required to pay this accommodation tax. The following groups are exempt from paying the accommodation tax:

§ People under the age of 18

§ Groups on class trips, school trips, vocational college and youth trips, including their accompanying persons

§ Persons paying for overnight stays for an uninterrupted period of accommodation at the same establishment from the 22nd day.

Is there a sauna?

The sauna is located on the 14th floor overlooking the city and is open daily from 2 to 11pm. Hotel guests are invited to use the sauna free of charge. Sauna bags with slippers and bath robes can be obtained from reception.

Is there an elevator at the hotel?

Yes, the hotel has several elevators for guests to access their rooms and The Paris Club Restaurant & Bar.

Is there a gym at the hotel?

Hotel guests are invited to use the gym on the 14 floor free of charge. If the hotel’s fitness facilities are not enough for you, we recommend the EVO Le Flair fitness centre on Marc-Chagall-Strasse. Hotel guests can use this gym free of charge.

Are there rooms with a connecting door?

We have rooms with a connecting door upon request and subject to availability. The best way to book one of these rooms is to contact our reservations department directly. Contact details can be found on the hotel website.

Is smoking allowed in the hotel?

The hotel is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is permitted in front of the main entrance to the hotel and on the balcony of The Paris Club Bar on the 17th floor during regular opening hours.

In addition, smoking is permitted on balconies in the Medium Plus and Medium Sky Plus room categories.

Is laundry service available at the hotel?

Items of clothing handed in at reception before 9am will be washed by 6pm the same day (with a 50% surcharge on Saturdays). The price list and laundry bags are available at reception, along with an iron and ironing board.

Is luggage service available at the hotel?

We do not provide luggage service. Luggage can be stored in the luggage rooms before and after your stay // We do not provide luggage service.

You can use our luggage storage facility before and after your stay.

Is there a bicycle rental service?

The urban speedsters from the Berlin manufacturer Schindelhauer Bikes are available for tours of the city and the surrounding area. Our fleet includes both organic and e-bikes. The bikes are rented out on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. Contact reception for all the information about models, sizes and prices. Curated by bike experts, a cycling map with recommended tours is included free of charge. A bicycle is included in the amenities of rooms in the Large category and is available to the guests free of charge for the duration of their stay.

Do the rooms come with tea, coffee and a kettle?

Tea and coffee making facilities are available in our Large and Gigantic rooms. We can provide a kettle in the other room categories upon request and subject to availability.

Are the bathtubs on the balconies available at any time of year?

The outdoor bathtubs are available during the warmer months. We usually make the bathtubs available in April/May and close them for a winter break in October/November.

Where and when is breakfast served?

We serve breakfast with a view in The Paris Club Restaurant on the 16th floor on Mondays to Fridays from 6:30 to 10:30am and on weekends and public holidays from 7 to 11:30am.
